Case sensitivity fixes for mingw cross-compilation

Hi Alberto,

I must have merged the fixes to the CMakeLists.txt previously as I see
no changes relative to master. The DisplaySettings.cpp change you
provide looks the same as master except master has the correct
capitilization of the OSG_COMPILE_CONTEXTS.

Could you check master and let me know if there are any issues w.r.t
mingw cross compilation.

indeed you already applied my changes on October 23rd; that explains why
my files reverse later fixes.

The build works good since then.
