GLSL 1.3 support for vertex-attrib aliasing

Hi Robert,

You can find the changes for supporting GLSL 1.3: using "in" instead of "attribute" by checking the "#version" in the shader source.

The base version is OSG 3.2.2 and the change is tested on iOS and Android.

Hi Anish,

Could you please port the changes over to OSG-3.4 or better git master
as osg::State has undergone quite a few changes since 3.2.2.
