osgbindlesstext example fix

On my system GLint64EXT is not defined, so I've amended the example to define it if necessary.

Also I needed to add "viewer.realize()" before the line "viewer.getCamera()->getGraphicsContext()" in order to get a valid graphics context, before viewer.run() is called.

Thanks James, I've merged realize() change, but the not the EXT change
as just removing the EXT from the GLint64 was all that was required as
the OSG provide this automatically. Cheers, Robert.
