Export .obj with colors

Hi everyone,

Is it possible for OSG to export as obj not only the geometric data, but also colors and all material attributes?

osgconv creates a .mtl file in addition to the .obj, but the mtl only has the texture, and there are no colors, transparency, etc included.

Is it possible to export material data for .obj, especially vertex colors?

Thanks!

Hi Joel,

I'm not the author of the obj plugin so can't answer your question
without looking at the code, which you can also do so I'd recommend
just having a look at OpeSceneGraph/src/osgPlugins/obj to find out
exactly what the export does. I would recommend using 3.6.0 or master
as this will contain the most up to date version.
